Frequently asked questions
Does it really work during a blackout?
Yes, with backup mode, which is the configuration we recommend. The inverter disconnects the property from the grid and the battery powers the circuits you choose. Autonomy depends on battery capacity and what you have switched on.
What size system do I need?
It depends on how much and when you consume. With an electricity bill, a few photos of the roof and the number of rooms we can make you a proposal. The systems on this page are only a starting point.
When does it pay back?
It depends on electricity prices, sun hours and how the property is used. We calculate it in the study, with a full year simulated hour by hour and every assumption visible.
Where do you work?
We are based in Spain and work across Europe and in sunny destinations worldwide, with certified local installers. Each proposal is adapted to local tariffs, regulations and climate.
How long does the battery last?
LFP batteries are usually warranted for thousands of cycles, which typically means more than 10 years of daily use. We detail each manufacturer's warranty in the proposal.
Do I need permits?
There is almost always some paperwork (a licence, a registration or a notice to the utility) and it varies by country and region. We take care of it and tell you about available subsidies.
